The Arbor at Lake Worth in Lake Worth, FL is hiring an Engagement Director to lead programming for Independent, Assisted Living and Memory Care residents. If you're passionate about building relationships, planning exciting events, and helping seniors live life to the fullest, we'd love to meet you.

You will develop meaningful daily activities, plan community events, create monthly calendars, supervise activity team, and collaborate with families, volunteers and community partners to support

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in activities, recreation, life enrichment, or a related field.
• Experience leading events and programs for active adults.
• Experience working in senior living is preferred but not required.
• Experience supporting individuals living with Alzheimer's disease or other forms of dementia is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Arbor at Lake Worth is currently hiring for a dynamic Engagement Director to lead our programming for our Independent, Assisted Living and Memory Care residents. What You'll Do

• Develop and lead meaningful daily activities for Independent, Assisted Living and Memory Care residents
• Plan community events, celebrations, outings, and family-centered programs
• Create and maintain monthly activity calendars and resident newsletters
