Job summary

Compass Group USA on campus is seeking a Dishwasher to maintain cleanliness of dishes, pots, pans, trays, and work areas. The role supports food service operations on campus and requires attention to safety and sanitation.

Qualifications

• Previous Food Service experience is preferred.
• Serv Safe certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition.
• Washes dishes by hand or uses a dishwashing machine; ensures cleanliness and sanitation.
• Washes pots and pans and prep surfaces according to procedures.
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Keeps dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards.
• Keeps floors clean and sanitized; sweeps and mops as required.
• Removes trash and disposes of waste in designated containers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
