Georgia Sheriffs' Youth Homes is seeking a Resident Director to oversee all divisions and operations of a designated campus in Hahira, GA. You will ensure safe, high-quality care for children and enforce agency policies while reporting to the Director of Childcare.

The role requires a master's or bachelor's degree in a related field and several years of child care experience, with strong leadership, budgeting, and community relations responsibilities.

• Education qualifications include 2 years (Masters) or 4 years (Bachelors) in field and experience in child care.

Responsabilidades

• Care for the children and act as final authority on child welfare and discipline.
• Oversee campus operations and ensure staff adhere to policies.
• Staffing of campus positions and supervision of coordinators.
• Public relations and community representation.
• Manage annual budget and financial transactions.

Educación
