Great Basin College in Pahrump, NV seeks a Campus Director to supervise daily operations of the Pahrump Valley Center and satellite centers, ensuring high-quality educational services and facilities. This role requires a daily presence and periodic travel to Elko for meetings.

Required: a Bachelor’s degree with strong organizational and administrative experience, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office and distance education tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; strong organizational/administrative experience expected.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills due to public-facing responsibilities.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the service area and to partner campuses.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Pahrump Valley Center and surrounding satellite centers, with a daily presence 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
• Recruit, train, and supervise center staff; coordinate regular travel to satellite centers.
• Plan and manage center budgets with the VP of Finance and Operations; ensure student services and registrations run smoothly.
• Promote courses, programs, and partnerships within the community and with local school districts.
