Job summary

The BeOnAir Network is seeking a Campus Director to lead a multi-campus operation in Ohio. You will supervise education staff, align departments to scorecard metrics, manage student services, financial aid, Education, and Career Services, and ensure compliance with institutional goals.

You will engage with staff to resolve attendance and graduation barriers, drive enrollment, and foster a productive, mission‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Five years of business experience in operational, sales, and administration leadership.
• Prior Campus Management Experience preferred.
• Criminal and drug background checks may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise education staff leadership, ensuring campus goals are met or surpassed.
• Manage departments to meet scorecard metrics and budgets.
• Lead staff to resolve student issues arising from daily calls and tracking.
• Coordinate attendance, graduation barriers, and plan remediation with students.
• Ensure excellent student services through structured follow‑up and surveys.
• Summarize and report campus findings and concerns to Campus Director weekly.
