Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as ambassador/liaison for the Office of Residence Life.
• Assist Director with development/implementation of annual goals, training initiatives, calendar development, assessment strategies and department objectives.
• Oversee recruitment, selection, training and supervision of all paraprofessional staff and summer staff.
• Implement campus-wide programming initiatives for traditional and non-traditional populations.
• Develop marketing initiatives for the office via social media and advertisements.
• Work with web-based housing software and update the Residence Life webpage.
• Attend weekly residence life staff meetings with paraprofessional staff.
• Provide on-call coverage as Professional Staff On-Call and assist as needed.
• Support Care Team with student wellness checks and weekly meetings.
