Qualifications

• 4 year college degree in the field of expertise or related work training.
• Official college transcripts may be required.
• Proof of work training experience may be required.
• Proof of certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for student progress and advising.
• Collaborate with Education Department on targets.
• Assess and report student progress.
• Promote and conduct student satisfaction surveys.
• Motivate students to attend classes daily.
• Conduct professional one-on-one meetings with students.
• Ensure end-of-term and end-of-program objectives are met.
• Report attendance, comments, and progress daily.
• Contact absent students to check in.
• Maintain campus and classroom inventory.
• Resolve equipment issues with IT.
• Provide timely grades to students and Education Director.
• Strive to keep under 10% of active students late or absent.
• Mentor students and onboard new enrollments.
• Contribute to graduation and retention rates.
• Implement retention improvement programs.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Provide tutoring services.
