Job summary

CT State Community College (CT State) seeks a Campus Director of Disability and Accessibility Services to oversee accommodations for students with permanent or temporary disabilities and ensure compliance with relevant laws.

Reporting to the Campus Associate Dean, the role leads program administration, trains staff, and collaborates with faculty to support student success while maintaining academic integrity.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education or related field with 2+ years' disability services experience.
• Knowledge of ADA, Section 504, HIPAA, FERPA.
• Intercultural competence and inclusive excellence.
• Supervisory experience with staff or student workers.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accommodations and services for students with disabilities.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Train and support faculty, staff, and students.
• Lead campus-level program administration and leadership.
• Engage in interactive process with students.
