Connecticut State Community College seeks a Campus Director of Disability and Accessibility Services. This role ensures equitable access to programs and compliance with disabilities laws while providing leadership and support to students and staff.
Successful candidates will have a Master’s degree and at least two years of relevant experience. Competitive salary range is $80,901 - $86,320 annually, based on qualifications and experience.

The Campus Director of Disability and Accessibility Services plays a critical role at the campus level by ensuring equitable access to programs through the oversight of accommodations and services for students with permanent and/or temporary disabilities. The Director ensures compliance with state and federal legislation, engages in the interactive process with students, and recommends reasonable and appropriate accommodations that support student success and maintain academic integrity. The Director also provides leadership in complying with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990, the ADA Amendments Act of 2008, and related legislation. The incumbent must demonstrate cultural humility, sensitivity, and the ability to train, guide, and support students, faculty, and staff from diverse backgrounds.
Master's degree in Education, Special Education, Counseling, Psychology, Higher Education, or a related field and at least two (2) years of related experience working with individuals with disabilities, including up to two (2) years of supervisory experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
