Job summary

CT State Community College seeks a Campus Director of Disability and Accessibility Services at the CT State Quinebaug Valley campus (Danielson, CT). You will oversee accommodations, ensure compliance with ADA/Section 504/FERPA, and promote student success while upholding academic integrity.

You will train staff and lead services for a diverse student body, with a master’s degree and 2+ years of related experience required. Supervisory experience preferred; this is an on-site, full-time role.

Qualifications

• Master's degree plus 2+ years related experience working with individuals with disabilities (supervisory preferred).
• Knowledge of disability laws (ADA, 504, HIPAA, FERPA) and accessibility best practices.
• Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills; intercultural competence.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in student support, legal compliance, and campus leadership.
• Oversee accommodations and services for students with permanent or temporary disabilities.
• Train, guide, and support students, faculty, and staff from diverse backgrounds.
• Lead administrative operations and participate in committees as needed.
