Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a similar food service supervisory, assistant/managerial, or lead role.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service with attention to detail.
• Oversee and participate in the preparation and service of food and beverages per standards.
• Help plan menus and supervise meals.
• Ensure timely, efficient meal service; supervise serving of meals.
• Respond to customer complaints in person and by email.
• Train employees; assign and coordinate work for efficiency and excellence.
• Determine work procedures; prepare schedules and expedite workflow.
• Maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports (inventory, payroll, time-keeping).
• Manage cash handling per policy.
• Order food and supplies from approved sources.
• Maintain sanitation and safety per regulations; sanitation schedule adherence.
• Issue instructions and orient staff; supervise training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
