Job summary

University of Wisconsin-Platteville is seeking a Dining Services Food Service Worker (Student Help) to assist with daily operations across Pioneer Haus, Pioneer Crossing, Pioneer Perk, and other campus dining locations. The role supports food production, service, and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include following safety policies, serving customers, stocking, and handling cash transactions.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a minimum of six credits is required.
• Must be available for at least 8 hours per week, including mornings, nights, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist Dining Services in daily operations and food production.
• Follow Dining Services Handbook policies to maintain a clean, safe workplace.
• Report to work on schedule in proper uniform with good personal hygiene.
• Maintain quality control to ensure fast food production with high quality output.
• Serve customers and keep service lines full, clean, and organized.
• Handle cash, credit cards, meal plans, and guest passes as cashier.
• Treat coworkers and guests with respect, encourage teamwork and communication.
