Job summary

The University of Notre Dame Operations, Events, and Safety (UOES) division is hiring for temporary/on-call Retail Associates at Duncan Student Center in Campus Dining. This role offers hands-on experience in a vibrant campus setting where students, faculty, and visitors rely on friendly service.

Key duties include assisting guests, following Chick-Fil-A and Hagerty Café procedures, preparing food, stocking, operating POS, and maintaining safe, clean dining areas.

Qualifications

• Available to work during home football games.
• Capable of time management with minimal supervision.
• Positive, respectful, excellent communication and listening skills.
• Ability to stand for up to 6 hours.
• Follow food safety procedures for handling, storing, and serving food.

Responsibilities

• Follow Chick-Fil-A daily production lists and prepare food.
• Stock and load vans for deliveries.
• Prep upcoming orders in a high-volume quick service location.
• Wash dishes and maintain eating areas within unit.
• Operate safety and sanitation procedures for food service facilities.
