Job summary

Elior Collegiate Dining is seeking a Dining Hall Production Manager for Frostburg State University. In this role you will supervise high-volume food production, oversee purchasing, specs, meal preparation, service, and sanitation for resident dining.

You will lead BOH teams, ensure quality and food safety, and drive cost efficiency with CBORD for planning and forecasting. Strong leadership, organization, and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ progressive culinary management experience, preferably in higher education.
• Experience in high-volume batch cooking.
• Ability to organize workloads and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee high-volume dining hall production and ensure food safety and quality.
• Provide culinary leadership to BOH teams for daily operations.
• Deliver excellent customer service and dining experience.
• Use CBORD for menu planning, forecasting, and production management.
• Manage food ordering, inventory, and minimize waste while controlling costs.
• Lead daily team huddles to align priorities.
• Coach and develop culinary staff to promote accountability and excellence.
