Job summary

National Mortgage Staffing is seeking a Retail Supervisor to oversee multiple university dining outlets, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality customer service. You will implement operating procedures, direct daily activities, and maintain a professional, safe work environment.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, Alaska Food Workers Card or ServSafe, at least two years of supervisory experience and one year as a barista.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Alaska Food Workers Card or ServSafe Certification required within 30 days.
• Minimum two years supervisory experience.
• One year of barista experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Fluent in English; computer literacy including MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and lead teams.
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple retail outlets.
• Implement supervision systems and SOPs.
• Maintain high customer service standards.
• Train and develop assigned staff.
• Manage POS system and cash handling.
• Oversee food safety/HACCP programs.
• Monitor inventory and cost controls.
