Responsibilities

• Supervise on-the-job training and evaluate staff.
• Plan housekeeping, sanitation, and inventory for kitchens and dining areas.
• Oversee front-of-house operations, meal service, and quality standards.
• Prepare production sheets and supervise food production to ensure standard recipes are followed.
• Supervise cleaning and maintenance of dining areas and kitchens.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
