Job summary

Responsibilities include strategic planning for restaurant concepts, communication with managers, budgeting, and mentoring student interns as part of a broader campus dining initiative.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related field.
• 24 months experience in marketing, public relations or communications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic plans for restaurant concepts.
• Maintain communication with restaurant managers about account statuses.
• Plan and handle short-term tactical work for restaurant accounts (research, campaign planning, event management and creating publicity and updating websites).
• Monitor restaurant account budgets and profitability.
• Plan for long-term development and growth of accounts.
• Oversee and develop student interns.
• Will be assigned to similar tasks supporting housing and residence life.
