Fresh Ideas, part of Compass Group USA, is hiring a Director of Dining Services on the campus of the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma in Chickasha, OK. In this operations role, you will manage a team, oversee the food service account, and nurture client relationships.

Relocation assistance is provided; growth, training, and development opportunities are available within a successful campus dining program, with a focus on delivering high-quality, engaging dining experiences for students

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Dining/foodservice management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account.
• Maintains excellent relationships with the client.
• Works with the Chef and management team to create nutritious, top-quality food for students.
• Implements new culinary programs with Company marketing and culinary teams.
• Acts as liaison between Company, Client, and community.
