Responsibilities

• Moves food from storage area, loads food carts, and transports food to serving areas.
• Serves food to diners.
• Assists in preparation of simple hot and cold foods and beverages using standard recipes.
• Assists cooks and staff with food service equipment following procedures and safety rules.
• Cleans food preparation, serving and dining areas to maintain cleanliness and sanitation.
• Operates a cash register to complete cash sales transactions.
• Washes dishes, trays, utensils and pots and pans using available equipment and methods.
