Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Dining Room Supervisor at Prairie View A&M University to oversee daily food-service operations, coordinating with management across fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events, and casual dining to ensure quality, timely service and guest satisfaction. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability and a safe workplace.

Candidates with 1+ years of related experience and supervisory exposure are preferred.

• 1+ years of related work experience
• Previous supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
• Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees
• Facilitate orientation and training of employees
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements
