Job summary

Sodexo is looking for a Student Worker to join on the Prairie View A&M University campus. This part-time position offers varying shifts and open availability; compensation is $10.00 per hour. Work may span food service, facilities, or clerical tasks under on-site supervision.

As a Student Worker, you’ll learn under Sodexo management and perform duties as mutually agreed, with opportunities for training and campus involvement.

Qualifications

• Must be a current student at the school of the work location Sodexo is partnering with.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and a nurturer of a healthy/safe working environment.
• Able to work in a variety of locations on campus and perform duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• May work in a variety of locations and vocations around the school campus, including food service, facilities (cleaning), and offices (clerical/marketing).
• Executes assigned duties for the agreed upon role, duties could include cooking and/or serving food, clerical work, or cleaning.
• Assists in daily operations and may be assigned special projects.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
