Job summary

Michigan State University is seeking a Holden Culinary Platform Attendant to join the Residential Dining team in East Lansing. You will help prepare, organize, and supply food across multiple dining stations, upholding high standards of food safety and customer service in a fast-paced campus dining environment. Shifts run Monday through Friday, 1:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Station Prep & Organization: set up, replenish, and maintain salad bars and service areas.
• Culinary Assistance: support cooks by measuring ingredients and assembling meals.
• Food Safety and Quality: apply proper handling and rotation to prevent waste.
• Customer Service: serve meals with a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
