Job summary

Sodexo is recruiting for a General Manager at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette to lead a large campus dining program serving 3,500 resident meals daily. You will supervise 300 frontline staff and 7 managers while overseeing 6 national brands, 2 retail food courts, concessions, and VIP catering.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale, high-volume food service operations.
• Proven ability to develop and coach teams for high performance.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and cost management skills.
• Excellent client relationship management and negotiation abilities.
