Elior Collegiate Dining in Bowie, MD is seeking an experienced food service supervisor to oversee the production and service of meals at Bowie State University’s The Pub & Food Truck. In this full-time, on-site role you will supervise staff, ensure meal quality, and follow company recipes to meet daily needs and contractual obligations.

Ideal candidates have prior supervision experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail.
