• Ensures timely, efficient meal service; supervises serving of meals.
• Responds to customer complaints in person or by email.
• Trains employees and coordinates work to promote efficiency and excellence.
• Determines work procedures, prepares schedules and expedites workflow.
• Uses systems for daily/weekly/monthly reports (inventory, payroll, time-keeping).
• Responsible for proper cash handling per policy.
