Compass Group at Florida Atlantic University is hiring for full-time and part-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR positions. You will direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure that all duties meet policy and quality standards.

The role requires food service and supervisory experience, and we are willing to train. You may work on a schedule with both full-time and part-time options, with pay ranging from $15.00 to $20.00 per hour, depending on experience and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers and discipline underperforming employees.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure quality, productivity and safety goals are met.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
