Chartwells Higher Education is seeking a seasoned Resident District Manager to lead the dining program at UMass Dartmouth. This senior on-site role oversees a large, multi-unit operation, driving financial and operational performance and serving as the primary liaison between Chartwells and the university.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and minimum of three years of management experience.
• Strong customer service and business/financial acumen.
• Excellent communication, initiative, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and POS software.

Responsibilities

• Leads, manages, and inspires a diverse team at a large account to deliver top-notch service.
