Thomas Cuisine is hiring a Dishwasher for the West Valley College campus in Saratoga, CA. The position is full-time and on-site, offering compensation of $19 per hour with a schedule of Monday–Thursday, 11am–7:30pm.

You will support the kitchen by washing dishes, maintaining cleanliness, and helping with basic food prep as needed. The role is ideal for students or anyone seeking food service experience in a fast-paced campus dining operation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous kitchen/hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Team-oriented with good communication.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• ServSafe Certification and State Food Handlers Card.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and tools.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas and prep surfaces.
• Check wash and rinse temperatures and record results.
• Restock clean items and monitor supplies for shortages.
• Assist with basic food prep and stocking as needed.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
