Chartwells Higher Education at Missouri State University in Springfield is hiring a Director of Dining Services I. You will oversee daily operations for the dining account, lead a team of associates, and manage client relations to ensure food quality meets top standards.

Responsibilities include working with the Chef on menus, supervising budgeting and P&L, rolling out new culinary programs, and partnering with the campus to deliver outstanding dining experiences.

Qualifications

• BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred.
• Three to five years of foodservice operation experience.
• High volume production and catering experience is essential.
• Previous experience managing a budget.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for the dining account.
• Lead a team of associates and manage client relations.
• Ensure that the food offered to customers is of superior quality.
• Work with the Chef and management team in creating menus.
• Oversee all P&L and budgeting for the account.
• Roll out new culinary programs.
