The University of Notre Dame Operations, Events, and Safety (UOES) division is currently hiring for full-time Culinary Service Associates in North Dining Hall and South Dining Hall in our Campus Dining department. The CSA is a back-of-house role focused on ensuring diners experience excellent food production and service, including cleaning equipment, dish room tasks, and general assignments.

• Available to start work in August.
• Capable of time management with minimal supervision.
• Positive, respectful and schedule-driven.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Ability to stand for up to 6 hours.
• Able to move around the café to assist guests.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain cleanliness of serving lines and condiment stations.
• Assist with basic food preparation such as washing and cutting vegetables.
• Monitor and replenish items on serving lines.
• Operate basic kitchen equipment safely.
• Clean and sanitize workstations and utensils.
• Assist with dishwashing and proper storage of dishware.
• Support inventory by receiving, rotating, and storing supplies.
