Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Be currently enrolled as a student at EMU.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to students, faculty, staff, and campus visitors.
• Answer incoming phone calls.
• Perform a variety of administrative and/or office duties.
• Assist faculty and staff on special projects as assigned.
• Attend work regularly, report on time, and follow schedule.
• Support the values of the University.
• Perform kitchen duties: serving food, salad bar, cleaning.
• Wash dishes by hand or machine; clean floors and work areas.
• Assist with catering events serving high profile guests as needed.
