Job summary

Isidore Newman School seeks a creative Digital Content and Multimedia Coordinator to tell our story through photography, video, writing, and social media. You will capture authentic moments from classrooms, events, and activities, and manage content that connects families, alumni, and the broader Newman community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in communications, marketing, journalism, digital media, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 2 years in digital content creation, social media, communications, or marketing.
• Experience creating content for social media platforms including photography, video, and graphic design.
• Experience in education, nonprofit, or community-driven settings preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Newman’s social media presence across platforms; create engaging content and manage a content calendar.
• Capture high-quality photos and video; produce feature stories and community spotlights.
• Draft compelling written content; collaborate with faculty and staff to source stories.
• Support enrollment, development, athletics, arts, and events with content needs.
• Track social media performance and digital engagement; participate in relevant meetings.
