You will manage social channels, create compelling content, collaborate with Communications, Admissions, and Athletics, and help shape a cohesive brand voice while staying organized and deadline-driven.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of professional experience in social media, digital content creation, marketing, or related field.
  • Portfolio of photography and videography work required.
  • Strong video editing skills and experience with short-form, social-first content.
  • Experience managing organizational or brand social media accounts.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
  • Knowledge of major social platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut or similar tools.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Key School’s social media channels, including strategy, content planning, scheduling, posting, and engagement.
  • Capture and create compelling photography, video, Reels, and other social-first content.
  • Identify and develop authentic stories supporting School priorities, collaborating with Communications, Admission, Advancement, and Athletics.
  • Write engaging social copy reflecting Key’s voice, visual identity, and brand.
  • Stay current on social media trends and use analytics to improve engagement and reach.
  • Support digital advertising, website content, and other communications projects as needed.
  • Maintain an organized library of photo and video assets; provide occasional evening and weekend event coverage.
