Job summary

The Recreation & Wellbeing (Rec Well) marketing department at the University of Wisconsin–Madison seeks a Digital Media Assistant to help create photos, videos, and animation for Rec Well websites, social media, newsletters, and digital displays. You will work with the Coordinator of Digital Media and the marketing team to tell the stories of Rec Well members.

You will photograph subjects, obtain permissions for marketing use, and assist with digital asset management.

Responsibilities

• Create photos, videos, and animation materials for Rec Well website, social media, newsletters, digital screens, and scoreboards.
• Photograph subjects and obtain permission for marketing materials.
• Work independently on assignments and help maintain the digital media library.
