Job summary

Chartwells Higher Education invites a Campus Dietitian (Hourly) to join the University of Wisconsin–River Falls dining team. The role focuses on nutrition education, one-on-one and group counseling, and coordination with dining staff to meet dietary needs.

Requires RD credential with CDR and state licensure where applicable. The position supports wellness programming and sustainability efforts on campus.

Qualifications

• RD credentialed by the CDR; RD eligible considered.
• Licensed by the State Dietetics Licensing Board where applicable.
• Ability to present nutrition information in one-on-one and group formats.
• Experience with special diets and food allergies.
• ServSafe Manager certification is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and nutrient analysis programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutrition education and training for the campus community (tabling, lunch & learn, counseling).
• Implement Chartwells HE wellness programming.
• Coordinate with dining and culinary teams to meet dietary needs.
• Provide allergen training to associates.
• Assist menu development with nutrient analysis.
• Collaborate with marketing for nutrition messaging.
• Lead sustainability efforts in dining spaces.
• Oversee operations, train staff, audit systems, support leadership.
