Auburn University Facilities Management is seeking Design & Construction Project Managers to lead a diverse portfolio of campus construction and renovation projects from concept to closeout.

You will guide projects through planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout, balancing budgets, schedules, and campus standards while collaborating with faculty, staff, administrators, students, and regulators.

Responsabilités

• Directs the full scope of a capital project from concept through closeout, coordinating with design teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure goals, budgets, and schedules are met.
• Manages budgets, contracts, POs, and approvals; coordinates with procurement and vendors to align expenses with available funding.
• Creates and tracks project schedules, coordinates long-lead items, and mitigates risks to meet overall completion dates.
• Prepares reports and executive presentations for Facilities Management and campus leadership on progress and issues.
