Job summary

Auburn University Facilities Management seeks Design & Construction Project Managers to lead a diverse portfolio of campus construction and renovation projects. You will guide projects from concept to completion, overseeing planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.

You will collaborate with faculty, staff, administrators, students, architects, engineers, contractors, and regulatory agencies to align goals and deliver projects safely and excellently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Building Science, Interior Design, Engineering or related field.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Directs the full scope of a capital project from concept through closeout.
• Creates, develops, and manages budget and financial reporting for assigned projects.
• Creates and manages project schedules and coordinates milestones and approvals.
• Prepares and presents scopes to end users/lead clients; coordinates with internal stakeholders.
• Ensures design and construction standards, code compliance, and safety.
