Job summary

Jump Trading Group offers a 10-week data engineering internship where you will develop and maintain infrastructure and pipelines to support firm-wide data. You will work alongside experienced data engineers and receive ongoing feedback from a dedicated mentor throughout the summer.

You will work on production code, learn the full-cycle development process using Agile methodologies, and apply Python on Linux to build robust data solutions while gaining exposure to data structures, threading

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Python development on Linux.
• Strong understanding of data structures and threading models.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
• Interest in data pipelining and database management to ensure data integrity.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools such as Pandas is a plus.
