Job summary

Digital Realty seeks a Construction Manager, Campus Lead to plan, coordinate, and direct construction delivery for campus projects. You will liaise with design managers, contractors, consultants, vendors, and customers to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

You will oversee site development, ground-up builds, and customer fit-outs for data center deployments. Strong knowledge of MEP systems, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control is essential, with LEED AP credentials

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in mission-critical construction or a comparable MEP-focused environment (e.g., data centers)
• Experience working for a general contractor, subcontractor, or equipment vendor preferred
• Strong working knowledge of construction scheduling, project budgeting, and cost control practices
• Technical understanding of MEP systems and data center operations
• LEED AP credential preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee large-scale construction efforts including site development and data center deployments.
• Build and maintain relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, equipment vendors, and consultants.
• Review budgets, schedules, and construction documents to ensure quality and alignment with targets.
• Lead budget and schedule review meetings with internal stakeholders and customer representatives.
• Direct and coordinate internal design and construction managers as well as third-party consultants and engineering partners.
