Job summary

Digital Realty is seeking a Giga Campus Construction Lead to plan, coordinate, and direct construction delivery for campus projects. You will liaise with design managers, contractors, vendors, and customers to ensure safe, on‑schedule, within‑budget delivery.

You will oversee large-scale sites, build strong relationships with contractors and vendors, and review budgets and schedules to ensure alignment with targets. A bachelor’s in a related field is preferred and LEED AP is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in mission-critical construction or comparable MEP-focused environment.
• Data center experience preferred.
• Experience with general contractor, subcontractor or equipment vendor.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting and cost control practices.
• Technical understanding of MEP systems and data center operations.
• LEED AP credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large-scale construction including site development, ground-up builds, data center deployments and fit-outs.
• Build relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, equipment vendors and consultants.
• Review budgets, schedules and documents to ensure quality and targets.
• Lead budget and schedule review meetings with stakeholders and customers.
• Coordinate internal teams and third-party consultants and engineers.
• Develop and manage budgets and schedules across multiple buildings.
• Monitor work and escalate issues to drive resolution.
• Support permitting and entitlement processes with consultants and agencies.
