Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Ability to learn and use college work order and email systems.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain floors (tiles, concrete, wood), including stripping, refinishing, and polishing.
• Clean and maintain carpets; vacuum, stain removal, spray cleaning, extraction, and protector application.
• Disinfect and stock restrooms and locker rooms; manage trash and recyclables per procedures.
• Report damage and plan cleaning tasks; maintain custodial supply inventory and equipment maintenance.
• Operate floor machines and other custodial equipment; set up furniture for campus events as needed.
