Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to obtain and possess a valid aerial lift certification within 90 days of employment.
• Possession of a valid Driver’s License with a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain hard floors and carpets using standard custodial equipment.
• Restrooms, lockers, and common areas must be cleaned and stocked.
• Collect and dispose of trash and recyclable materials per procedures.
• Report damage and needed repairs to facilities management.
• Set up rooms for campus events as needed.
