ABM Industries in Nashville is seeking a reliable School Custodian to perform general cleaning duties across classrooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas on a K-12 campus. Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• No experience required and on the job training provided.
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required.
• Prior customer service experience.
• One (1) year of prior similar work experience.

Responsabilités

• Clean and maintain assigned area, including classrooms, hallways, restrooms, and offices.
• Sweep, mop floors, remove debris, and empty trash in designated areas.
• Notify lead cleaner or manager concerning repairs or additions to building systems.
• Follow procedures for chemical cleaners and power equipment to protect floors and fixtures.
• Move cabinets, furniture, crates and equipment to clean areas as needed.
• Establish and maintain effective communication with clients and coworkers.
