Cal Poly Humboldt is seeking a Custodian to support Facilities Management in maintaining campus buildings and adjacent areas. You will perform routine cleaning, restrooms, classrooms, and common areas while working as part of a custodial team.

The role includes periodic deep cleaning, safety practices, and assisting with events on campus. The position includes a comprehensive benefits package, paid holidays, and a one-year probationary period.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write at a level appropriate to duties and follow instructions.
• Ability to move up to 50 pounds as required.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Provide routine general cleaning services to campus indoor facilities.
• Provide team support and special assignment work as needed.
• Perform semi-annual custodial work during breaks and assist in event setups.
• Engage in safety practices and ensure work areas are kept safe and organized.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
