• Supervise and evaluate staff performance and attendance.
• Address performance or behavioral concerns with coaching and recordkeeping.
• Inspect facilities for cleanliness, safety, and repairs; report defects promptly.
• Manage snow removal and weather-related custodial needs.
• Support campus events including weekends and after-hours activities.
