Qualifications

• Must participate in OSHA required physicals and examinations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Residential Facilities Trash and Recycling Needs.
• Provide daily custodial service during summer season for quick turnaround of facilities.
• Maintain appearance and cleanliness of Residential Facilities.
• Mentor custodians and provide guidance on proper techniques and safety.
• Plan and coordinate personnel and work assignments using computer or manual methods.
• Lead and inspect work of assigned staff; manage time records and evaluations.
