Sodexo is seeking a Campus Executive Chef 4 for a university account in the greater Montgomery, AL region. This is a contingent role based on award of the account contract.

Lead culinary operations at scale, drive menu development, and coach top talent across multiple locations while upholding food safety and culinary standards. Expect hands-on training, plate costing, and client-facing accountability.

Qualifications

• Extensive culinary management experience in high-volume operations.
• Proven ability to lead complex teams and deliver consistent results.
• Strong menu planning, plate costing and recipe development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead culinary operations at scale across multi-location university accounts.
• Develop menus, optimize plating and conduct hands-on culinary training.
• Drive efficiency with plate costing, inventory control and systems use.
• Represent the brand in client presentations and program launches.
