Job summary

SPS Global is seeking a dependable Route Driver / Courier to support campus delivery and logistics operations. The role ensures safe, accurate, and timely transport of mail and parcels while upholding service standards across the campus.

You’ll work independently, represent SPS with professionalism, and contribute to seamless workplace operations. Requirements include a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, good communication, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current state-issued driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to work assigned hours as determined by manager.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn operational systems.
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Travel predefined delivery routes via company vehicle to distribute mail and parcels throughout the campus.
• Perform pickups and deliveries accurately using maps and written instructions.
• Maintain detailed logs and timestamps for items received and delivered.
• Ensure compliance with chain-of-custody procedures and operational standards.
• Respond promptly to client delivery requests and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Complete paperwork accurately, legibly, and within required timelines.
• Provide front or back office coverage as needed.
• Assist with shipping and receiving functions when needed.
• Support handling and validation of packing slips and shipment materials.
