Aufgaben

• Open, sort, and deliver mail on a daily schedule; sort, fold, seal, and meter outgoing mail; pick-up and deliver packages and related materials.
• Ensure outgoing mail postage is charged to departments accurately.
• Perform periodic inventory reconciliation of mail-related supplies and postage.
• Follow USPS guidelines to ensure postal procedures are followed correctly.
• Operate print shop equipment, including bindery, folder, paper drill, cutter, staplers, laminators, etc.
• Assist with folding, inserting, and processing print jobs and orders for internal/external customers.
• Assist with large format print jobs, including artwork set-up and related finishing tasks.
• Assist with supply inventory, including organizing incoming materials and ordering replacement materials.
