Qualifikationen

• Expertise in providing psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and risk assessment for a large and diverse student population.
• Experience in collaboration with campus or community partners, such as faculty, staff, and partner healthcare providers.
• Background in outreach programming, psychoeducation, or training within a university or community setting.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) for clinical documentation and case management.
• Familiarity with culturally responsive care and the integration of mission-driven values, such as cura personalis, into mental health practice.
• Ability to practice independently and work with diverse client populations.

• Depth oriented and skills based individual and group counseling and psychotherapy
• Emergency coverage and crisis intervention
• Solution focused same day therapy
• Clinical consultation to faculty, staff, students, and families
• Outreach and training
• Supervision of post-doctoral fellows, practicum students, or junior staff as needed
• Collaboration with departmental psychiatric providers
• Evening and weekend on-call as needed
• Some work may take place on weekends and outside normal hours
• Support division and university-wide initiatives and serve on committees
